Reservations
A reservation will be considered confirmed once the deposit specified in the travel proposal has been received.
Payments
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip in accordance with the conditions stated in the quotation.
Modifications
Itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, operational requirements, archaeological or religious circumstances, local holidays, flight schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control. Whenever possible, an equivalent alternative will be provided.
Hotels
The hotels listed in our programs are for reference purposes and may be replaced by hotels of a similar or higher category.
Transportation
We work with authorized airlines, private vehicles, tourist coaches, and boats.
Schedules may be changed without prior notice.
Guides
Our tours are accompanied by official guides licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye.
Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes medical assistance, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and international coverage.
Liability
We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, strikes, weather conditions, governmental decisions, or any other force majeure event.
Travel Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, any required visas, and all other documentation necessary to enter the destination country.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Rutas Bíblicas by Turquesa Tours, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise before a trip.
Cancellation conditions will depend on the type of service booked.
Flights, hotels, cruises, admission tickets, and other tourism services are subject to the cancellation policies established by each individual provider.
When a cancellation results in non-refundable costs charged by our suppliers, such amounts may be deducted from the applicable refund.
In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, we will review each situation individually in order to offer the most favorable solution reasonably possible.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
